The SCPGA is excited to launch the completely revamped Square One program in 2013. The new Square One program will create a fun, social, and safe environment where kids can learn to play the game of golf. The SCPGA will incorporate beginner instruction in a group dynamic allowing kids to learn with other individuals their own age and skill level.
The SCPGA plans on developing Square One teams in YMCA’s, Parks & Recreation departments, and Boys and Girls clubs throughout Southern California. Individuals will be subject to a series of practices/lessons with a PGA member.
